TrueDial grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service strictly for lawful business purposes.
You agree not to:
· Reverse engineer, modify, or copy the platform
· Use automated systems (e.g., bots, scrapers) without consent
· Interfere with or disrupt service functionality
· Misrepresent your identity or use the platform for fraudulent purposes
All content, software, design, trademarks, and branding on this site are owned or licensed by TrueDial.ai. You may not use our intellectual property without written consent.
You retain ownership of any customer or lead data submitted to the platform.
By using TrueDial services, you grant us permission to store, process, and transmit such data solely for the purposes of service delivery, analytics, and platform improvement — consistent with our Privacy Policy.
TrueDial integrates with third-party systems (e.g., calendar apps, email, CRM software). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or performance of those third-party services.
Use of integrations is subject to the third party’s own terms.
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding reliability, availability, or suitability for a particular purpose.
We do not guarantee that:
· The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
· All scheduled calls will be booked successfully
· Results will match user expectations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueDial.ai is not liable for:
· Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
· Loss of data, revenue, or business
· Service interruptions or third-party platform issues
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 30 days prior to any claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TrueDial.ai, its team, affiliates, and partners from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or risks harm to others.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes implies acceptance. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent revision.
